There are a lot of variations on protein bars, especially those that contain whey and casein. Some are high in fat. Others are low in fat. The protein bars we are reviewing here have the lowest fat content out of all the protein bars we have reviewed. They are also quite high in protein. You may even want to add protein to your daily intake. The weight of the protein bars is in grams. The grams you get out of each gram of protein is the same as the grams you would get if you ate the entire bar in one sitting. If you can drink three of the bars you will gain some weight.
